Q: Does Dallas Texas Movers work on the weekend?
A: Yes, most of our
relocations happen after-hours, either evenings or weekends.
Q: Is it more expensive to move after-hours?
A: No, it's actually cheaper.
Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes,
Q: What should I keep in mind regarding scheduling?
A: It is important to remember
that moving is a seasonal business with peak months being
May-September. If you are planning a move during these months, we
recommend making your reservation 4-6 weeks in advance. Also, the
last and first few days of the
month are especially busy, so please plan accordingly.
Q: Why do movers put more than one household shipment
on a trailer?
A: We do this for efficiency and
to keep the costs down. We do have direct shipments available, but
most customers choose to have their moves done in the standard way
so that it will be more affordable.
Q: Do you charge for packing materials?
A: Any materials that are requested
or used by your moving team ( boxes, packing paper, tape, etc) will
be charged additionally.
Q: Will packing materials be on the truck if I
need them?
A: Yes, our crews come fully prepared.
If you find that you need something, it will be available.
Q: Can we help the movers?
A: For insurance reasons, customers
are not allowed on the truck, so the best way to help is to be prepared
before hand. Have all your packing done, boxes labeled, etc. This
will allow our crew to do their job efficiently.
